La duración
de la obra será de dos días.
La
demolición tardará 3 horas y tendrá un coste de 323.45€. Inmediatamente después
se realizarán los trabajos de albañilería, con una duración de 3 horas y un
coste de 239,14€.
El
revestimiento costará 644,84€ realizándose después de los trabajos de
fontanería 1 con una duración de 5 horas.
La
fontanería se dividirá en dos. Fontanería 1 se realizará después de los
trabajos de demolición con una duración de 2 horas y un coste de 150,10€.
Fontanería 2
tendrá una duración de 1 hora realizándose después de la albañilería, coste
618,66€.
El capítulo
varios se realizará una vez acabado el revestimiento con una duración de 1 hora
y un coste de 906,77€.
Los trabajos
se realizarán en dos jornadas de 8 horas cada una.

- Seguridad y
Salud./Safety and Health.
Riesgos.
- Pisadas
sobre objetos. Se da debido a la falta de orden y
limpieza, produciendo lesiones en forma de cortes, pinchazos, esquinces o
torceduras.
- Choque o
golpe contra objetos. Se produce por el desplazamiento de trabajadores por el lugar de
trabajo, pudiendo éstos colisionar con objetos que causen magulladuras,
cortes, pinchazos…
- Proyección
de fragmentos o partículas de materiales diversos. Se dan por la utilización de martillos
percutores en este c aso.
Medidas preventivas.
- Medidas
preventivas frente al riesgo de caída de personas al mismo nivel y pisadas
sobre objetos.
Adecuación de las superficies de trabajo, mantener limpieza y orden.
- Medidas
preventivas frente al riesgo de choques y golpes contra objetos. Orden en las zonas de trabajo. Señalizar elementos que
puedan producir lesiones.
- Medidas
preventivas frente a los riesgos derivados de la utilización de equipos de
trabajo. Se
deben emplear de la forma adecuada y con los medios de protección
previstos.
Protecciones individuales.
- Gafas, par de botas de
seguridad, guantes, monos de trabajo, cascos.
Risks.
- Footsteps on objects. It occurs due to lack of
order and cleanliness, producing injuries in the form of cuts, punctures,
corners or sprains.
- Shock the
blow against objects. It is caused by the displacement of workers by the workplace,
which can collide with objects that cause bruises, cuts, punctures ...
- Projection of fragments or particles
of diverse materials. They are given by the use of hammers in this case.
Precautionary
measures.
- Preventive measures against the risk of
