DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED

En esta reforma se va a realizar el picado en el cemento de las paredes; para poner posteriormente el alicatado en las paredes. Además se pondrá un impermeabilizante en el solado de la terraza y su respectivo impermeabilizante. También se procederá al cambio de sumidero con su impermeabilización. Y se cambiaran las barandillas

In this reform will be done the pruning in the cement of the walls; To place the tile on the walls. In addition a waterproofing will be put in the flooring of the terrace and its respective waterproofing. It will also proceed to the change of sink with its waterproofing. And the rails were changed.

En este caso los obreros no llevaban casco, el cual es obligatorio tenerlo siempre. Llevaban calzado de seguridad y sus correspondientes guantes de trabajo. La zona de trabajo no disponía de limpieza por lo que cuando estuvieran en la parte del cambio de barandilla había riesgo de caída en altura, ya que además no disponía de arnés.

In this case the workers did not wear a helmet, which is obligatory to have it always. They wore safety shoes and their corresponding work gloves. The work area did not have cleaning so that when they were in the part of the change of railing there was a risk of falling in height, since it also had no harness.

La duración de la obra será de dos días.

La demolición tardará 3 horas y tendrá un coste de 323.45€. Inmediatamente después se realizarán los trabajos de albañilería, con una duración de 3 horas y un coste de 239,14€.

El revestimiento costará 644,84€ realizándose después de los trabajos de fontanería 1 con una duración de 5 horas.

La fontanería se dividirá en dos. Fontanería 1 se realizará después de los trabajos de demolición con una duración de 2 horas y un coste de 150,10€.

Fontanería 2 tendrá una duración de 1 hora realizándose después de la albañilería, coste 618,66€.

El capítulo varios se realizará una vez acabado el revestimiento con una duración de 1 hora y un coste de 906,77€.

Los trabajos se realizarán en dos jornadas de 8 horas cada una.

The duration of the work will be two days.

Riesgos.

• Pisadas sobre objetos.  Se da debido a la falta de orden y limpieza, produciendo lesiones en forma de cortes, pinchazos, esquinces o torceduras.
• Choque o golpe contra objetos. Se produce por el desplazamiento de trabajadores por el lugar de trabajo, pudiendo éstos colisionar con objetos que causen magulladuras, cortes, pinchazos…
• Proyección de fragmentos o partículas de materiales diversos.  Se dan por la utilización de martillos percutores en este c aso.

Medidas preventivas.

• Medidas preventivas frente al riesgo de caída de personas al mismo nivel y pisadas sobre objetos. Adecuación de las superficies de trabajo, mantener limpieza y orden.
• Medidas preventivas frente al riesgo de choques y golpes contra objetos.  Orden en las zonas de trabajo. Señalizar elementos que puedan producir lesiones.
• Medidas preventivas frente a los riesgos derivados de la utilización de equipos de trabajo. Se deben emplear de la forma adecuada y con los medios de protección previstos.

Protecciones individuales.

• Gafas, par de botas de seguridad, guantes, monos de trabajo, cascos.

 Risks.

•  Footsteps on objects. It occurs due to lack of order and cleanliness, producing injuries in the form of cuts, punctures, corners or sprains.
• Shock the blow against objects. It is caused by the displacement of workers by the workplace, which can collide with objects that cause bruises, cuts, punctures ...
•  Projection of fragments or particles of diverse materials. They are given by the use of hammers in this case.

 Precautionary measures.

•    Preventive measures against the risk of falling people at the same level and trampling on objects. Adequacy of work surfaces, maintain cleanliness and order.
•   Preventive measures against the risk of shocks and blows against objects. Order in the work zones. Indicate elements that may cause injury.
•   Preventive measures against the risks arising from the use of work equipment.

 They must be used in the proper manner and with the means of protection provided.

•  Goggles, pair of safety boots, gloves, work overalls, helmets.

Se trata de una obra en un solar totalmente alisado, de manera que no hay dificultad alguna para el movimiento de los trabajadores en el tajo.

En todo momento se deberán llevar los siguientes equipos de protección individual: casco, guantes, botas de seguridad y chaleco reflectante. Para las tareas de encofrado y ferrallado, se sumará el uso de gafas anti proyecciones.

El hormigonado se realizará con vertido directo desde camión hormigonera, por lo que se deberá prestar especial atención a la circulación de los camiones por el tajo y a los posibles accidentes que se puedan producir por la presencia de los mismos. A la hora del vibrado, se comprobará el correcto estado de la maquina vibradora, tanto como la correcta conexión de esta a la red eléctrica.

1.5.CRITERIOS MEDIOAMBIENTALES/ ENVIRONMENTAL CRITERIA
Durante la realización de la losa, se producen una serie de residuos de distinta categoría, como son sólidos y líquidos.

Dentro de los sólidos están los recortes de metal generados por la formación de las piezas de acero que forman el emparrillado de la losa, y que son recogidos y depositados en un contenedor para su posterior transporte a una chatarrería. La otra parte de residuos sólidos son los recortes de madera resultantes de la elaboración de piezas especiales en el taller de encofrado, que son recogidos y depositados en un contenedor para su posterior reciclaje.

Como residuo líquido se trata del agua vertida sobre el hormigón, en los procesos de regado, que será absorbida por el mismo terreno en el que se encuentra la losa.

During the realization of the slab, a series of residues of different category are produced, as they are solid and liquid.

Within the solids are the metal cuts generated by the formation of the steel pieces that form the slab grating and are collected and deposited in a container for later transportation to a junkyard. Replanteo del encofrado/ Refurbishment of formwork

Se han utilizado tochos metálicos e hilo para la forma cuadrada que va a adoptar el encofrado (10x10m)./ Metal billets and thread have been used for the square shape to be adopted by the formwork (10x10m).

  Colocación del encofrado/ Place the formwork

El encofrado se ha realizado con tableros de madera normalizados unidos mediante puntillas de acero. Con tablillas también de madera, los refuerzos de uniones y sujeción. 

The formwork has been made with standard wood panels joined by steel nails. With boards also made of wood, reinforcements of joints and fastening.

 Montaje del emparrillado de acero/ Assembly of the steel armor.

El emparrillado ha sido realizado con barras de acero corrugadas, dobladas y cortadas en taller, y atadas tras su colocación con alambre.

The armor has been made with corrugated steel bars, folded and cut in workshop, and tied after its placement with wire.

 Vertido del hormigón y vibrado/ Concrete pouring and vibrating.

A la hora de verter el hormigón, se ha hecho directamente desde el camión hormigonera a la losa, extendiéndose a mano hasta alcanzar el grosor determinado. Para el vibrado se ha empleado un vibrador de aguja eléctrico estándar.

El posterior regado del hormigón mientras fragua se ha llevado acabo vertiendo agua desde bidones de 25L sobre éste.

At the time of pouring the concrete, it has been made directly from the concrete truck to the slab, extending by hand until reaching the determined thickness. For the vibration a standard electric needle vibrator has been used.

The subsequent watering of the concrete while forging has been carried out by pouring water from 25L drums on it.
